No body loves to have troubles on the way. But in a real life situation, this isn’t always the case.  This is why we have to prepare our minds for the worse. It might not always go according to our plans.  Everyone has their own troubles and challenges and finding out what works for you best will also help you go through your challenges easier and more efficiently. Some trials are meant to mold you and strengthen you. Don’t give up when it gets rough. That phase might be a transition phase needed for your uplift.  Stay strong and live healthy and don’t give up Love that thing so much that you wouldn’t give it up Every rose has its thorns Every success story has its faul

We most times over work ourselves and then blame ourselves for it when things don't work out or when we don't do things right. Everything needs Breaks. A break time is a time to refuel, re-energize what you have lost while you were working or doing a particular activity. During your break, you can eat, chat, watch a movie, read a book, meditate or do something that makes you feel relaxed. When should you take breaks? 1. When you are getting frustrated over the tinniest thing, take a break 2. When you have worked for so long and you start feeling weak, take a break 3. When you need to, take a break Let me give you an example about myself. Whenever I am studying and I start getting or feeling stressed, If I take a break and then resume studying, I have found out that I would study 2X faster than I would have if I haven't taken a break. If you refuse to take breaks, your body itself will take a break without your consent. That wouldn't turn out too good.

It seems like this past year flew by leaving you behind  Even the tiniest resolution you made You couldn't get it to work  Now you are so scared and sad thinking of there is any point in making any this year Remember this is a new year Just because things didn't work out last year Doesn't mean it won't this year Give this new year a new chance To show you how much those last year experiences has made you Happy new year!!! Christmas is a season of joy peace love and a constant reminder of how a change agent came into this world and saves us from our sins That special beautiful night. When Christ was born, came to drive away every nightmare  That special beautiful light, that shone so bright when he was born, came to drive away every darkness  That special beautiful feeling, that the wise men felt when he was born, brought joy to the world That very beautiful moment when he was born is a constant reminder of how beautiful things still happen even in the most unpleasant situations  That beautiful smile on Mary's face when he was born is a constant reminder that despite the evil there is joy to the world  It is Christmas! Don't just show love  on this day, show love everyday. You don't always have to receive a gift or give a gift to feel loved. You can just say something beautiful to someone everyday. It doesn't have to be beautiful to be meaningful 

Listening to this song the past few weeks since when it came out has been one of the Amazing songs I am listening to.  This song has everything in it that you need in this season I'm just going to give a brief summary about the song and hopefully make you listen to it. this song talks about God's love  which most people think it is luck. When you are loved the things that happened to you is not by accident . luck is just something that happens just in case and it is not guaranteed.  it is not fixed.  when you are Lucky, you want to take the credit you think oh it's  my luck so I deserve it. you think you want to credit but this song is trying to tell us that the credit is not ours, it is not luck it's for God's glory which is not meant for you. When we start seeing how loved by God we are we stop limiting our selves to luck which is not guaranteed and start embracing the love of God and the good things that comes with it. We most times sing this song,  lord I lift your name on high. Lifting God's name high is lifting God above us and he being the focus.  This makes it not about us but about him.  So when it is not about you,  you don't have to worry about the things that you are going through and feel so discouraged,  because looking up itself is hope in itself and then looking at the author and finisher of our faith has no better view. So when we are seen,  we are not really seen but God is glorified above us.  We most times lift up our problems and magnify our problems and forget that one simple solution is to drop our problems at Jesus feet and lift Jesus up and focus on him. Glance at your problems Fix your gaze on God For it's not about you. Lift him high!! His yoke is easy
