Imitators...





In these last days,  there would be false prophets,  people who decieve people to believe they are of God.
1 John 4:1-3 tells us that we should not believe every spirit but try the spirit of they are of God,  because many false prophets has gone into this world. One way of trying these spirits is ; if they confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh,  that spirit is of God,  but if they don't confess that,  then that spirit is not of God.

False prophets are human beings like us. They won't wear any special clothing that, would make you distinguish them.  In fact, they would blend so well with the crowd. But from the words of their mouth,  one can distinguish them 2 Peter 2:1.

The truth shall set you free. Since Jesus is the truth and Jesus is the word,  if you know the word of God deeply,  you won't be swayed by false prophets.

Once they are not speaking anything according to that which you written in the Bible, this means they are false prophets. The Bible is our guide.
These prophets would try to imitate the real men of God by showing signs and trying to convince you.  Beware Matt 24:24.

The end of false prophets is hell fire. Revelation 20:10.
Note: God does not have competitors.  He only has imitators...

If God had no TIME.....

I saw this poem,  and it struck me to share I knelt to pray but not for long I had to much to do as the year ends I had to hurry and get to work For bills that would soon be due So I knelt down and said a hurried prayer And jumped up off my knees My Christian duty was now done My soul could now rest at ease All day long I had no time To spread a word of cheer No time to speak of Christ to friends They'd laugh at me I'd fear 2016 ending!  No time,  no time,  too much to do That was my constant cry But at last the time,  the time to die I went before the Lord I came;  I stood with downcast eyes For in his hands God held a book It was the book of life God looked into his Book and said "Your name I cannot find. The chronicles of Acts 4 The fact that people are persecuted because of the Gospel,  isn't something new. When you are talking about a higher power or a higher authority,  people who can't do anything about it, because that thing is higher than them,  yet they don't want to come under it's authority,  would look for ways to stop you. No matter how the people want to stop Gods word from manifesting,  Gods word always gets delivered to whoever it is sent. Acts 4:4. Through the arrest of Peter and John,  there was an opportunity for the message of God to be spread directly to the members of the council.  Acts 4:12-13. In the case of Peter and John,  they we're arrested.  That might not be the case in the world of today.  You might get humiliated and disgraced,  but know that no matter their schemes,  Gods authority surpasses them all.
