Rising above regrets....




God allows U-turns. God will give you another chance,  but it is one thing for you to accept that chance. Your choice.

Whatever you are going through is only a test  There is no emergency with God. God can't be caught off guard..

Everyone who is by your side isn't on your side. Not everyone is going to like you.  The sooner you know that,  the better. Don't pity your self! Instead believe in yourself. Just because you got a kiss,  doesn't mean it is love.

After Peter denied Jesus,  he wept and wept because he was in regret...

Can you rise from your regret .
When you mess up,  God can change your meelss into your bless up.  When you fall,  you fall up.  When you fall, You can fall forward.
You may have been in regret,  but God can redeem your regret... There is a blessing in the missing. There are sometimes that what you lost was needed. If you didn't lose something you wouldn't have Gained something.  God is above your regrets...and the rooster crowed.  roasters crow, in the dark...  But they are announcing,  it's a new day..

And what's next is going to overrule what's ex..  What's next can heal you from the ex.
If anyone is in Christ Jesus,  old things are passed away and all things have become new.

If God had no TIME.....

I saw this poem,  and it struck me to share I knelt to pray but not for long I had to much to do as the year ends I had to hurry and get to work For bills that would soon be due So I knelt down and said a hurried prayer And jumped up off my knees My Christian duty was now done My soul could now rest at ease All day long I had no time To spread a word of cheer No time to speak of Christ to friends They'd laugh at me I'd fear 2016 ending!  No time,  no time,  too much to do That was my constant cry But at last the time,  the time to die I went before the Lord I came;  I stood with downcast eyes For in his hands God held a book It was the book of life God looked into his Book and said "Your name I cannot find. Self Control

Happy Sunday guys!!. Today, I will be writing about what I learnt in church today. I learnt about the fruit of the spirit called Self control. In other bible versions, it can also be called temperance or control over desires. Now, Let's turn into the scriptures Gal 5: 22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,peace,forbearance,kindness,goodness,faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. (NIV) In our daily lives, we have needs and wants. sometimes we step into a grocery store and even buy things that we really don't need. Sometimes we see them and we are like "I don't need this" or " I didn't plan for it". Other times, we are like "let me buy it, it shouldn't hurt". so we really need self control in our day to day activities. The ability to put your desires under check is self control.
