Normality in Abnormality. Part 5

Today is day 5. In case you didn't start with us,  you can go through the previous lessons.  But don't be discouraged,  because there is a new lesson for each day.

Lesson 5
Proverbs 25:15-17
Patience can persuade a prince, and soft speech can crush strong opposition.
25:16  Do you like honey? Don't eat too much of it, or it will make you sick!
25:17  Don't visit your neighbors too often, or you will wear out your welcome.

Be patient in everything you do.  When you are patient,  you can convince rulers and breakdown the strongest resistance.  The power of speech is revealed through gentleness and persistence.

The next things we will be discussing are very common.  They are regarded as normal but they are very abnormal.

Moderation is the spice of life.  It is the key to everything. Too much of everything is not good. Know when and when not.

Just because you like something doesn't mean you have to take everything. Has thou found honey?  Eat as much as is sufficient for thee. Eat as much as you need not as much as you want.  Lest ye be too full and then you vomit, leading to waste of everything.

Don't visit your neighbors house too often,  you would wear out your welcome.  When you go to people's houses too often,  he might get tired of you.  This might be due to spoiling the plans of the person with your presence.  Don't over stay your visit.  If you are staying at a friend's for a long time,  don't take advantage of his hospitality.  Provide for your needs.  Assist in house chores.  Don't live off your friend.
Don't over stay your visit because the person might get tired of you and hate you.

It's sad,  but true...
To be continued tomorrow....
