What ever you are not connected to cannot work for you.  I am going to give some scenarios

1. The battery of your phone is low.  There is power supply.  But your battery is still low.  The battery will remain low unless you take the charger out and connect to the power supply.  You must also have the right charger.

2. There is Wi-Fi in the area.  But you still don't have internet connection.  Unless you connect to the wifi,  you won't have access to the internet.  You also have to know the right Wi-Fi password.

3. There is a radio show.  You can't have access to the radio show until you put on the radio and set it to the right frequency.

This applies to the blood of Jesus.  The blood of Jesus is still there.  It is still flowing.  It can never dry.  But you say it is not working for you.  This is probably because you haven't connected to it yet.  You have to get connected.

If God had no TIME.....

I saw this poem,  and it struck me to share I knelt to pray but not for long I had to much to do as the year ends I had to hurry and get to work For bills that would soon be due So I knelt down and said a hurried prayer And jumped up off my knees My Christian duty was now done My soul could now rest at ease All day long I had no time To spread a word of cheer No time to speak of Christ to friends They'd laugh at me I'd fear 2016 ending!  No time,  no time,  too much to do That was my constant cry But at last the time,  the time to die I went before the Lord I came;  I stood with downcast eyes For in his hands God held a book It was the book of life God looked into his Book and said "Your name I cannot find. The chronicles of Acts 4 The fact that people are persecuted because of the Gospel,  isn't something new. When you are talking about a higher power or a higher authority,  people who can't do anything about it, because that thing is higher than them,  yet they don't want to come under it's authority,  would look for ways to stop you. No matter how the people want to stop Gods word from manifesting,  Gods word always gets delivered to whoever it is sent. Acts 4:4. Through the arrest of Peter and John,  there was an opportunity for the message of God to be spread directly to the members of the council.  Acts 4:12-13. In the case of Peter and John,  they we're arrested.  That might not be the case in the world of today.  You might get humiliated and disgraced,  but know that no matter their schemes,  Gods authority surpasses them all.
